just so funny
I love Seinfeld and the other night this episode was on. I still roar with laughter each time I see this scene. I think we all can put ourselves in Elaine's shoes and wish we had the nerve to let out a line like this one. Granted only Elaine could give that smug little look at the end. love Her!

Undergraduate Honors
What a great way to end your first year in High School! Thursday night Zach was honored at his schools Undergraduate Honors Program. The award was from his Air Force Junior Reserve Officers Training Corps program. 13 of his fellow students were honored from about 100 in the J.R.O.T.C. He was pretty active this year with the class and its many activities they do throughout the year. Next year he has plans for more advancement and becoming an Officer. Were all proud of his accomplishment in this outstanding program.
It was a busy day for the Freshman. Not only did he have his award ceremony but earlier that day he was in his schools Science Fair. His project on mold growth was a hit, I hear. I was asked nicely to please stay away. I reluctantly agreed remembering my youth and well, you all know the rest.
So Zach when you read this I just want you to know how proud I am of you. Your future is yours and the path your on now can only lead to a great future. Keep it up and I love you Son!

Zach and his J.R.O.T.C Spring Ball
Yes its been a while since I've posted any updates but its been pretty quiet around here.
Zach has been busy with school and his R.O.T.C activities and doing well. He moved up the ladder in the program and I'm real proud of him. Last Friday they had their spring Ball and he was looking pretty spiffy in his uniform. Thet had a dinner and dance and Zach had a great time. The pictures that I posted are the only ones he allowed me to take. What happened to the kid who would love to have his picture taken!
The school year is winding down and he has some plans for his summer. One will be taking a class over at the branch to keep the cobwebs out. Before we know it, fall will be here and he'll be a sophomore! Oh man, I'm getting Old!
